He worked for an Architectural-engineering firm- SCHUTTE MOCHAN Inc.
Collaborated with and Simon & Co., (a Govt. Registered Valuation firm).
Began operating at Navi Mumbai in 1992 and recently started functioning in Bangalore.

Work Experience: Worked with CB Richards Ellis (CBRE), International
(1999-2002): Real Estate Consulting Firm from the U.S. as Western India Head for Consulting, Valuation and Research Group.
(2002-date): Practicing as Government Registered Valuer for fixed assets and leading the National and International operations of the company.
• Independently handled the valuation and due diligence process of the Non-aviation revenue stream of the Mumbai International and Domestic Airport for the Privatization process in 2000-2001.
• On establishing as a partner with Kanti Karamsey & Co. Advisors LLP , he managed the valuation exercises such as hospitality, healthcare, logistics and large tracts of land and real estate projects for Private Equity Funds for Foreign direct Investments and External Commercial Borrowings.
• Has been actively involved in Valuation of various Sugar Mills such as Godavari Sugar Mills Ltd., Karnataka; KK Birla Group (5 sugar mills) in the Northern Indian Region, etc.
• Handled the valuation of the ports in Gujarat for privatization and is presently responsible for the Listing, Verification and Valuation of the assets of Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) which has an asset base of over Rs. 10,000 cr.
• Completed the vacation of the land at Elephanta Island, a WORLD HERITAGE SITE, by UNESCO for a high net worth. Appeared as witness in front of the Estate officer of Life Insurance Corporation of India under the Public Premises Act as well as in the Bombay City Civil and Sessions Court in several property related matters.
• Has valued numerous residential township projects for Private Equity participation, Debt Financing, Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) etc in and around all major cities of the country.
• Is a qualified Plant and Machinery Valuer & has conducted and led a team of qualified engineers through numerous valuation assignments for Nationalized and Multinational Banks, Dis-investment exercise of Public Undertaking for the Govt. of India.
• Completed the Technical Assessment of the useful life of the assets and Component Accounting under the Schedule II of the Companies Act, 2013 of Mumbai International Airport Ltd. for a Book value of over Rs. 10,000 Crs.
