In 1974 Mr. Kantilal Karamsey Vikamsey returned from the U.S. after completing his M.S. in foundation engineering. There, he worked for an Architectural-engineering firm- SCHUTTE MOCHAN Inc. In 1978 he collaborated with and subsequently took over Simon & Co., a Govt. Registered Valuation firm which had then completed over 45 years of outstanding performance in the field of real estate valuation. He initially began operating at Navi Mumbai in 1992 and recently started functioning in Bangalore. Kanti Karamsey & Co. has been embellished into Kanti Karamsey & Co.
