Qualified as Civil Engineer in 1970 from M.S. University,
Baroda, India, did M.S. (U.S.A.) in foundation engineering
in 1972. He worked for an American architectural- engineering
firm "SCHUTTE MOCHAN Inc.", in U.S.A.
Since
1974 he has been working independently as Govt. Regd.
Valuer, Chartered Engineer & Registered Architect
in Mumbai, India.
Mr. Kunal Kantilal Vikamsey
B.E. (CIVIL), M.V. (Real Estate.), A.I.E., Approved
Valuer
Graduated as a Civil Engineer in 1997 from University
of Pune, India, did Master in Real Estate Valuation
from S. P. University, Gujarat. He worked with CB Richard
Ellis, an International Real Estate Consulting Firm
from the U.S., for 3 years & was heading their Consulting
& Valuation Group for Western India Region.
Presently, heading the Navi Mumbai operations of the
firm, M/s. Kanti Karamsey & Co. at Vashi, Navi Mumbai,
India.
